Makahala works with young adults to senior citizens who have experienced events that produce emotional and overwhelming mental stress and creates a comfortable and safe environment by honoring the client’s resiliency. Makahala approaches the therapeutic process through validation, active listening, support, mindfulness, reflection, problem solving as well as other techniques she has learned through her many years of experience.
Makahala truly enjoys engaging directly with her clients needs, and creates individualized treatment plans. She's passionate about creating realistic and positive outcomes for her clients. She provides an environment of compassion and support. Her goals are to help clients unravel painful issues and provide them with effective tools to help them move forward and thrive. She has found that individuals will flourish when they are guided to draw on their own strengths, she looks forward to helping her clients to begin the journey to making a better version of themselves.
Makahala is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is intuitive, compassionate and down to earth. She has over 20 years of experience in crisis intervention, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ, divorce, separation, work- related issues, and a variety of mental health disorders that span all walks of life.

Mary is an Ordained Minister in the State of Florida. She holds her CDA for Early Childhood Education and is a published author. She is a Metaphysical Practitioner and Teacher. Mary is an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Grand Master Level 20 & Teacher and Dr. Spiritual Development and Dr. Divinity. Mary is a Healing Shaman, Energy and Sound Healing Master. She is spearheading our newest community service, "Pet Grief Support Group" that meets once a month. She has successfully obtained her Pet Bereavement Specialist Certification by CANA and you can get more information under our SERVICES tab.
Mary brings spiritual building modalities to our center, such as Tibetan Singing Bowl, Chakra and Meridian clearings, Pranic Healing, Biofield Energy Healing, Grounding therapy, Touchless Usui Shiki Ryoho Method Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Angelic Healing sessions, Tuning Fork Biofield therapy, Shamanic services such as Illuminations, Chumpi Stone Illuminations, Cleansings and Chumpi Stone Chakra work, Extractions, Soul Retrievals, Spiritual Womb Healings, Chakra Healings and realignment, etc., Energetic Sound Baths and much more. Mary offers Neural Energy Reinforcement and Deprogramming (NERD) as well as Spiritual Functional Mind Retraining (SFMR). Mary also is credentialed to work with Access Bars technique. Mary is an accredited trainer with the IOATH organization, International Reiki organization, IARP organization and the CTAA. She is a Munay Ki Healing Shaman and is currently a Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Keeper as well as a Chumpi Mesa Tradition Carrier and is on the Universal Healing Shaman path.
Mary has published two best selling books, "If I Knew Then What I Know Now", a guide for the newly spiritually awakened and the very first Children's Level 1 Reiki book, "Reiki For Me". She has also produced her own Angelic Tarot card deck as well as other oracle decks. Mary is ready to help you on this Spiritual Wellness Journey as you embark on your own mental health awareness alongside Makahala Hepburn, LCSW.

Denise Graham-Record is a Psychotherapist and Clinician with over 25 years’ experience. She holds a Master’s degree in social work, an Early Childhood Diploma, a certified Social Worker (ACSW) and an active National Association of Social Workers (NASW) member. She is a registered Clinician Social Worker in the state of Florida. She has extensive experience in trauma informed care, neurodevelopment disorders and pervasive mental health, substance use, divorce and separation, community development, advocacy, and behavior management/child safe guarding .
Denise is an enthusiastic supporter of parents, worked with foster and adoptive parents.
She also has extensive experience with early childhood consultation and is a Certified
Triple P Parenting Facilitator (Level 4 Group) and Theraplay.
Denise incorporates various therapeutic modalities into her clinical practice including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing (IM), Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and Mindfulness.
She approaches each client with compassion and strives to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship within which she supports clients to heal, explore, learn, and thrive.
Denise considers herself a global citizen whose professional career has spanned across Canada, USA, and the Cayman Islands which direct her practice with strong cross-cultural awareness lenses and sensitivity to difference.
Sandra Freedman LCSW
My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who experience trauma and life stressors. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients in healing and reaching their goals.
I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of
themselves and strengthen their relations so they can know themselves and that they are peaceful, complete, whole and safe.
I believe no signal approach is the right one for everyone. So, I am trained in a range of modalities. My tendency is Cognitive Therapy and EMDR.
Knowing what we think and feel creates our world.
I have my Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. I have a wide range of experience.
I became a Licensed Clinical Social (LCSW) Worker in the 1990’s. I worked in Senior Business Management prior to becoming a LCSW.

Christian De Antonio
Christian is a psychotherapist in the state of Florida. He has been practicing over 7 years, and has studied and received his bachelors degree in psychology and his masters degree in Mental Health Counseling at St. Thomas University. He specializes in depression and bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorders, complicated grief reactions, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, group psychotherapy, Chronic Mental Illness, self-image and self-esteem issues and Performing Arts Psychotherapy. Christian’s approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for therapy and provision of ongoing evaluation of the therapeutic approach. Services can include individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Chrisitan is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. He continues to seek ongoing updates to his skills and knowledge base. Christian is invested in an approach emphasizing a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health. He is particularly concerned with the impact of loss and trauma and improving interventions to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical, and relationship health. Christian is also a RYT-500 who has studied with the top yoga instructors in Florida Kino Macgregor and Tim Feldmann.
